Who We Are

Cape Verdean Women United, Inc. (CVWU) is a non-profit 501 c (3) organization committed to providing health and wellness awareness, violence prevention education, and resources to empower our communities.

Founded on July 8, 2016, in Brockton, MA, our team has been successful in collaborating with partner organizations, that share our vision, to bring culturally appropriate educational programs to all.

Cape Verdean Women United (CVWU), is proud to annouce our new partnership with Haitian Community Partners (HCP) and Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, for the Stroke Public Awareness Collaboration Project, supported by Borderland Partners, LLC.
